I ordered and paid for a Bose Sound Link portable digital stereo system with a promised delivery time of 3-5 days. When it didn't arrive I followed them up on five different occasions and ValueBasket always promised that it was being sent. I finally cancelled the order on February 19 and they promised my credit card would be credited. I have just had to call them up today a month later and the customer service representative I spoke to could only say sorry and that she would escalate my refund. She said the Manager was on annual leave, there was no manager to talk to and couldn't promise anyone could call me back to explain why I hadn't received my refund. I am now consulting my lawyer.
