I invested my Money In Virgin Gold Co. (VGMC) Locate In panama & Dubai; in the following points I’ll illustrate to You what they told us exactly:-

1- VGMC Investment depend on issuing Convertible Preferred Stocks (CPS) – Gold to its premier shareholders.

2- The return of CPS-Gold Dividend is paid in troy ounce(s) of gold

3- Minimum Order to subscribe 10,000 CPS-gold shares (started in Oct., 2012 - US$2.5/share) & received monthly share dividends 1 oz gold. (to be withdraw on 1st of each month)

4- After This the company take the procedures for initial public offering (IPO).



What actually happened

1- I subscribed on Aug. 2012 with the Minimum Order 25,000 CPS-gold Shares

2- I made 1st cash withdraw on 1st of Sept. 2012

3- I began to make cash withdraw for both of Acc until around Nov with amount of $2500.

6- Then around Dec 2012 they start changing the company saying they will go IPO on 31 Dec 2013 and all my shares has been moved to other company and they asking to pay more in order to receive the shares back.

7- I've been waiting for news but seems like no update about that and now the website totally down and not detectable (www.vgmc.com).

So hopefully by doing this i can get some help in order to retrieve some of my money back.
