I used my purchase date, as opposed to the delivery date, and the monetary damages are an estimate, based on the amount of money I'm NOT getting from rebates, as well as the broken microwave parts they delivered. This company has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. They cancelled my online order (twice), and redid it, so someone could receive sales credit. This would have been ok, had they not increased the price. It took a week for me to get this straightened out, and once I finally did, they continued to try and charge the wrong amount, which I'd already alerted my credit card company about, so it was not charged, but I was back to square one. They changed the deliver date multiple times, after telling me they could comply with my request to know a week in advance due to work travel. I ended up changing my plans 3 times before they finally showed up, and when they did, they had sent a wrong part, and two parts to the microwave were broken that they refuse to replace. I sent $3200 with them, so you can imagine I've not been happy. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered, or better yet, were responded to in writing with "we don't have to honor the rebates and you can't blame us for someone else's promises." It was THEIR SITE I got these from. I will answer any questions someone asks, as I have all of the communications, but not the time to elaborate. I warn everyone to AVOID this company like the plague. False advertising, inaccurate information, and they do not stand behind their posted information. I've filed with the BBB and will post my feedback anywhere I can to avoid someone else having to go through this experience.
