Purchased Iteams from how cool website. Did not receive conformation email however money was debited from my account a few days later with company's name attached. About a month later I e-mailed the company through there website letting them know I had not received my goods and could they please contact me. I have still had no reply and still do not have my goods. All I ask now is that the money be refunded to my account.
