l ordered a pair of shoes at the end of Feburary, I paid by credit card. After a month, l send an email to Howcool.com to check for my order, They told me that a confirmation email would be send to me and my order would be delivered within 3 or 5 days.But I received nothing (even an email) a week later. l send several email to them. but they did not reply.
Oh my god, l just want my money back.
