I was contacted by the "Federal Grant Dept. of the United States Government, Washington D.C." and told that I had been selected to receive $9000.00 in grant money by a man calling himself Xavier Smith. I immediately went on line while still on the call with him and found that this was supposed to be a scam. I then called the "Solicitor's Number" and asked them to convince me that it wasn't a scam and after trying to convince me that "if it were a scam, why did I call?" I told them I wanted to bust them if it was and they laughed at me and cussed me out. The phone number that I have provided above is the number of the "Solicitor".
