I responded to a posting on Craiglist for an apartment in San Carlos, CA. He got back to me, asking for my personal e-mail account, which I provided. Between the poor English and the fact that he said he was in the Ukraine, I knew something was up. I found this site and the language he used in earlier scams is exactly the same. I notified Craigslist that this is a scam and the posting is flagged for removal. Here is the language used in his e-mail to me:

I appreciate to read from you, that you are willing to rent my apartment, Let me introduce my self. Am a (Engineering Contractors) Who Deal with Construction Engineering, Tail lift installer and Commercial vehicle fleet services. The owner of his own company. I just move few month ago to Ukraine to manage my outlet over here and i want to continue here with my family. I need a responsible and clean person who can take care of my apartment like his/her own. You are feel free to drive by to check out the exterior and the location. So if you are willing to rent the apartment let me know so we can proceed further. Apartment is located on: 2780 Melendy Dr San Carlos CA 94070
