On 4/23 I ordered a FREE {Trial} Offer $4.95 S/H for a 14 Day Supply of Cellogica which I NEVER Received-I was surprised that I did Not Receive any track/shipper # or Details to watch/follow my package as I usually DO alot of online ordering & I am always provided w this information but not from Cellogica? I waited the 5-7 business days but still NO Cellogica so I picked up phone to contact on 5/3 only to find they have NO Customer Support Reps available on Weekends-The Busiest Time for People to Call In-I wrote an E-Mail letting them know I had still not received my Order & did not want any future shipments as I had NOT had a chance to try the product-No reply on 5/5 so 5/6 I finally got a CSR on phone named Jess who whispered & was very hard to hear & explained my problem-He claimed that it was not policy to send a second shipment out when the 1st never arrives & I would have to repeat the $4.95 S/H again to receive Cellogica but that was only 5 Dollars & that's not much to pay!!!???? So I made it VERY CLEAR AGAIN that I DID NOT wish to be charged for any further shipments or the trial I had Had NOT Received & He Assured Me that NO CHARGES would appear on my Bank Card-On 5/7 Cellogica deducted an additional $129.95 from my card & I was furious as were the many other people that were placed with me on some customer complaint PARTY line together instead of the Customer Reps talking to us-I was on the phone w 12-15 other overlapping angry & overcharged-Shipments not received-All of them were unhappy & wanted their $$$ back-I Finally reached Customer Support by claiming I was a new Order customer-That's the only way you can get thru-I spoke to Charles(Supervisor) & He was Very Rude & Mocked me-More less called Me a Liar because his computer said my package had made it to my address & then he got my address WRONG-I was Furious!!! This was the 3rd contact I had made to fix this situation-once by email & 2X by phone & to be routed to other customers instead of answering the calls-This Company is A SCAM & a HORRIBLE DIREPUTABLE Business that actually thinks it's funny that they have your $$$ & you are helpless to their contempt-This Charles actually LAUGHED @ Me-I had to close my Card-Cut it up-File Fraud & Dispute Paperwork-Contact my recurring payments & make other arrangements-It cost me Precious Time & $$ of my own on top of what they had stiffed me for-They did finally credit me on 5/23 but they DID NOT Apologize & I feel they owe me @ least $50 for all the Crap & $$ I had to spend just to get back what they never were untitled to & JOANNA KRUPA I want a Personal Apology & Refund for $50 for your Company negligence & Misconduct!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
