I purchased the product on May 12, 2015 thinking I would be charged $4.95 for shipping for a trial period of one month.
On the 28th of May 2015, I called customer service and was told since I didn't call after 14 days which was May 26, 2015 I was charged the full amount of $141.65. So now I'm stuck with a product that I don't think is going to work!
I told customer service to cancel my debit card and they said they would wave the cancellation fee and send me an email confirmation for it. What a joke!
If you don't believe in a product don't purchase it!
