I ordered a "Free trial" and I paid the $3.97 shipping. I received the said free product and there was no shipping information, no telephone number and no letter in the shipment stating that I had to call and cancel an automatic $99.95 billing, of which they say you have 14 days to contact them. However, it was almost 14 total days before I recieved the order. I had no idea that I was signed into any automatic shipment agreement that charges me $99.95. This company's policy of hiding this said agreement so the customer does not know about the 14 day trial and this company itself, MUST BE STOPPED!
