I ordered the trial sample and expected to pay the shipping charges only. There was no indication anywhere on the website where I ordered the product that I would be paying any other amount. Two weeks later my PayPal account was debited for two different amounts; $93.00 and $99.00. I ordered the Equinox Day & Night Serum & RVTL Cream but I was billed for an eye cream too!
I called the number on billing but the customer service rep would not offer any assistance, as expected.
