Paypal has let Videobb attempt to charge me about $200 through my inactive debit card (it was compromised) and it keeps rising every month even though i have attempted to contact paypal. I don't remember my password for paypal or maybe the person that charged my paypal changed it!? Paypal is a bad headache and not very reliable, if someone is inactive for so long and all of a sudden there is a charge out of the country you would clearly think that a paypal representative would contact you!
