Recently i looked at my bank statement as things didn’t add up only to find a company called quid finder has taken £67.00 from my bank account. I did not use this company or register any interest to do so, the only thing i can imagine happened is that i was possibly re-directed to them without prior knowledge continued to fill in an application and then they took £67.00. They are not transparent as things should be if that’s the case. I have emailed them on several occasions advising i did not ask to use them or consent £67.00 leaving my account but i get the same robotic response that i cannot have a refund as its passed 14 days. The company operate under different names including quid finder and my quid. Stay well away because they are useless and completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Not only that on one of there replies they advised me of loans i could get, they included wonga, cash genie etc so all payday loans which if i wanted i could search for myself on the internet and sure as hell wouldnt pay them £67.00 for doing so. I re-iterate do not have any involvement with them its as close to fraud as you can possibly get. I'm feeding this back to stop anyone else making a mistake that i wasnt aware of. Thieving and useless are 2 of the politer words i'll use to describe them.
