called them after seeing their web page. i was told they could give me a local number that could be routed to my cell phone. i never could get the phone activated through tdcj. ben trying for 2 months. i keep getting the run around.finally today spoke with ann was told to sign upon line with securus under a different name. i told her securus isn"t the proble i have to register the number with tdcj. i filrd a complaint with my bank and the atorney general"s office to be mailed out tomorrow. if other people file a complaint with the attorneygeneral maybe the can be stopped. i don't plan to give up
