On 3.25.2015, I tried to use my new computer but kept getting a report that it was infected. I could not access my security as the one solution tech support kept popping up. Once I connected with them I spent over two hours on the phone and computer with them. they did not fix the problem until I paid 499.99 via a credit card.
Since then I found out it was planted and now I have the same issue with this computer.
