they called on the phone. said my pc was full of virus.during the next few days they attempted to get in my pc to correct prob. on 2-19-i6 i called my support sys. with verizon. in about two hours the problem corrected by verizon.key one also locked up my pc. they are not a safe co. to deal with. they continue to call.
