They called me and said my computer was full of errors and computer would block. It took almost 8 hours to fix and almost 3 hours to download AVG Cloudcare. I spent 50.00 on Vipre antivirus, 49.99 on Dell back up and cloud service, Adguard was 39.00, AVG antivirus and express technical support ( would not download) 104.00, Regcure at 29.99, DriveFinder for 39.90(would not work took 3 hours technician to try to update driver, did not work). I am probably out of the money that I spent on these products, the technicians deleted all of these from computer. The person I talked to was Jerry Wilson emp ID JW5214,thank you, Rhonda Brown
