A tremendous scam.
I did not receive my "free" sample, I received their so called second shipment and two hefty charges for one small jar of unremarkable cream. Do not get fooled, your credit card will charged $97.83 monthly. It was very difficult to have the company understand that I did not receive nor want this product any longer. (The phone rep had a heavy Indian accent.) I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company. Very aggravating.
