Nueology offers a free 14 day trial from the date of order. We ordered on December 8th 2015, and they shipped on December 16th. We received the product on December 22nd, and at 12:47 AM on December 23rd we were billed for $191.61 for their product. We called their customer service line and were told that in their terms and conditions we had 14 days to let them know if we weren't happy with the product, and since we did not contact them in that time the full cost of the cream was billed to our charge account. We told their agent we had just received the cream so we did not have 14 days of trial. The response was that we should have contacted then within the 14 days of shipping if we were not satisfied. We offered to return the product, since it was not opened, but they said they would not allow it to be returned and that we owed the full amount as billed. We asked them to cancel this and any further orders, and they agreed to cancel future orders, but that this order was placed according to the terms and conditions posted on their website.This offer and the company is set up to scam people and the product is grossly overpriced. The shipping is set up to arrive at or near the end of their so-called 14 day free trial period and they keep your credit card information so they can automatically refill the monthly orders you are not even aware you have placed. Customer service is poor to non-existent and I highly doubt the product performs as advertised.
