As the others on here i am assuming i have clicked on a link after doing a survey and have been charged for monthly instalements of the product. I have not actually recieved any products until 23.12.15 although a payment was taken in November and december. I emailed the company explaining i had not ordered this but got no reply i have since found a site that enabled me to cancel the product but am still £120 out of pocket.
