I had them convince me that this was a great deal .. Paid for the boxes that came 5 weeks after, so meant we had no internet .They changed our phone number with out warning along with said the TV box would follow. When we got the Modem, it kept dipping, on and off . I have a 14 year old daughter that depends on the internet for her school homework, so this didnt go down to well. Complaining the TV box still hasnt arrived, said they are on order, where I told them its not good enough, as it now nearly 6 weeks since I gave my details over... They activated the internet on the 14th and many phone calls later , go fed up with a BAD attitude from the customers service, they were actually arguing with me , where finally I said cancel , I am not having such rudeness to their late despatchments.. I was told I now was in a contract .. Ummm I dont think so , as I have 14 days and am with in that time... I was told no, now you have to pay the full contract length , of two years .. Not only are their team rude, they try and hold you over to a contact... Changing my telephone number was not consented , and I actually dont know my number and nor do they ??? Its not far off a scam, or IS a scam, or totally incompetent business and they have all my bank details ..... I wish I had seen the reviews first more as my all my details have been handed over along with they know my age , address and all card dealings... I have gone to my bank , and money has gone out for boxes I have not received. I guess I have lost that....
