I had talk talk internet connection and I had a some issues with their broadband speed to resolve this issue I called their number and it's mistakenly connected to time talk. After the conversation they said we are not talk talk and we are time talk we can offer the same internet package for cheap price and I agree to switch proposal, but I received time talk router after two weeks I agree to switch proposal and that broken one. I had to wait another week to get my replacement router and i started to use their service it was very poor speed and I called them to make a complained because I couldn't able to use wifi connection in upstairs and they aid buy a wifi extender , I tried that one aswell but it didn't work and I call virgin and asked for switch proposal and I switched my broadband package. In augers time talk used my bank card to deduct £155 pounds and I called their customer service and they blocked my home number I couldn't reach them . After 5 months 2nd of Feb 2017 they deduct £297 from my bank using my card details also I haven't received any contracts or bills from them. I tried to contact their customer service manger over the phone and I spoken to one of the customer service representative and he told me he can't connect the phone to manager this is stupid and he cut the phone.
