I placed an order for books 06 16 11. Upon receiving my cc bill, I notice a $9.95 charge every month. I called them and was told when I placed the order I was automatically signed up for membership which is $9.95. I did not sign up for anything except placing a order for books. I called the company, spoke to a representative who argued with me and would not refund my money on my cc. I was outraged and would NEVER do business with them again.

- If you go to the bottom of the page from the web site HotBookSale.com you will find (in light print) the membership deal where you can "Click here for Details" which takes you to details of the membership and ends with, "To order items without having a membership, click here." When you click there you then see a web page with a new line, "Member Price" which is in RED. That page is what your original web page should have looked like so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding of Membership! Fix the page or remain a SCAM!
