I was told that my $98.00 would be for my reservation and I had until 7/20/16 to pay for my room in full, which was 5 days prior to arriving. When I called to get some more information and make sure everything was on schedule one of the Agents Junior told me I had reservation set just on open date in the off season. I told him that was inaccurate and asked him to review or listen to my first conversation a few weeks prior with Agent Mike. The company could not give me what I was told I was receiving and for the same price. So I asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor multiple times and was told they were too busy and asked for a return call then and Junior informed me they would not call it would just be another agent if they thought it was even warranted. I no longer have trust in the company and just want my money back. They refused saying it was past the 15 day time frame. I said I understand that, but I was mislead and or lied to so how it is my fault and felt my money should be returned. They refuse. Someone needs to put nicer and more educated people in this company and do better business. Someone please help.
