I ordered a free sample of this eye cream on Aug. 21st. I received the sample on the 24th. I started using it on the 25th. It doesn't work. I could not cancel within the 14 days, which included the shipping time and they did not explain that, because of the weekend and holiday. Today my account was charged for $97.21 for a shipment that has not been shipped yet and I cancelled this shipment this morning. I talked with a customer service representative and she said that because I did not cancel within the 14 days, my account would still be charged the $97.21. This is a complete scam and I would like some kind of action taken against this company as soon as possible. The conditions of the order are written in teeny ;tiny letters that is hard to read even with bifocals. Totally unethical business practice.
