Been a Sprint customer for over 20 Years! Yes, 20 years! they have been my only provider, and I have always been satisfied, until now.
I dropped my phone in water, went to my sprint store, they hand me a card with an email address on it. Was told to go to this website, and order a new phone, they told me I had insurance.
I have been paying $11 a month for TOTAL Equipment Protection. When I went to the Asurion website, they tell me I have to pay a $200 deductible. What does this total Equipment Protection include???? I am so upset right now.
First time in 20 years Sprint has let me down....way down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
