I have been in business for a number of years and have found the experience of Sane Accountant to be rude, unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Bottom line, if you have an issue with them, you will get nowhere with them. All I can say is, that if you do work with them, make sure you have everything documented. Otherwise you will never win. But if you want my opinion look for another option. We had been told that our membership would be for one year, they downgraded us to 6 months, with no option for rebuttal.
