I ordered two blouses, one the size I wear, and one the next size up because I wanted it to hang loose. Both were much smaller than the sizes marked. I measured the shoulders to the seams. It was four inches narrower than a similar blouse I already had. I waited a month for my order to arrive from China to the U.S. I didn't even realize I was ordering from China. On the good side, they did refund my purchase price on the miss-marked items.
