I ordered 3 pair of slimming panties. My account was charged on 11/7/2016. I was sent an email on 11/5 stating the product was on its way and a link to track the shipment. The link only went to my original order no tracking number. Sent and email, no response. Called the number on the website (949) 535-5243 which is a California number and the line is always busy. I have put in a complaint to my credit union for a refund.
