My computer locked and loud alarm went off could do nothing until I called the phone number provided. Told I didn't have a firewall when asked to access my computer & I balked as how did I know they were OK was informed that Apple only allows phone numbers for "authorized" support, etc., etc. They accessed & showed me I had no wall & I paid the money. They proceeded to "fix" problem. Today I learned they did nothing, all malware, etc was still installed & looks like even more has come through since they fixed it. Billed under Pes*Viable-Tech-Support.com
