On February 5, 2017 I placed an order for a gray Fossil pocketbook from the website fashionwomenbags.com. The order went through immediately and I received an email that my total was $84.70 for the bag, as advertised on the website, but that I would be charged a foreign exchange rate, even though the website did not mention being foreign. In fact, there is neither an email address nor a phone number on the website. However, a total of $91.47 was taken out of my account a few days later. After about 2 weeks I emailed the address that had emailed me the total to ask for some kind of tracking number because I had not received the pocketbook yet. A few days later I received another email from a different email address that the pocketbook was on its way, but still no tracking number. A few days later I received a pocketbook, however it was not the one I ordered and it also did not have tags on it. I have replied to both email addresses that I have received emails from multiple times with no response. There is a note on the website that all orders are processed through Amazon and that the return policy is in line with Amazon's. However, I have contacted Amazon and they are not aware of this website. I was asked to email their scamming department this information so that they could take action as well.
