I cancelled this account on Oct 23, 2011, did not see the total of %59.67 coming every month. Did they stop taking money each month? I just noticed they nailed me for another $57.93; man was I pissed! I called their #888-632-5590 and asked them if they had a record of me cancelling on Oct 23, 2011 and they said yes. I had to go ahead and pay the fee on my VISA. Thinking I had got them stopped form receiving anymore charges, but I haven't been able to recoup any charges...this is so frustrating; I called today, November 23 and said there must be a mixup I cancelled these charges Oct. 23, 2011 and the young man said he did show that, but this was not the same company, even though I dialed the same number. I ask to speak to a manager and he laughed at me and refused to let me speak to a manager and said he was hanging up the phone - and he did. VERY RUDE! I had to call my VISA company and ask for a new card and # and I still have to pay these THIEVES their $59.67 AGAIN. I feel their actions are illegal and they are taking advantage of people who are unemployed and vulnerable. They should be shut down and arrested for SCAMMING PPL.....I'm 57 yo, taking care of my elderly mother and my husband who is a Vietnam VET. Can we get some justice here??? HELP!
