I sent my playstation 3 for a trade in, to get a refurbished system from them for $107 because the one I had was no good anymore. Waited 3 weeks for my system to come in, I finally got it this morning, to come and find out the refurbished system they gave me was no good. I plug it in, no picture was coming up. So I called playstation customer service to help me out. The gave me some helpful tips. Eventually picture finally show up on my t.v. so I thought my problem was finally solved, WRONG!! My system was getting picture but now it was freezing, this happen at 5 or 6 times. Now that I try to turn it back on nothing comes up at all. So I called them back and they told me that they have to sent me another box and that I have to wait another 3 weeks just get it fix, I just got the system back today. They didn't work with me at all for speedier process, that's only option they gave. I'm extremely angry that I have to wait another 3 weeks to get a working console.
