i order free trial only had to pay p p so i thought i give it a try then i went a way on holiday when i came back there was another months supply no price on the delivery note so i tried to phone them with on luck i tried for a few days then i found that they had taken money from my bank so i tried again and again i got through and cancelled the order that i hadn't made they came up with all sort of reasons my bank put me in touch with all sort of departments to try to help but no luck its no easy to cancel something you have not ordered i didn't know you cant cancel a debit card payment there no help out there i just didn't know were to go june
