Toys R Us website is advertising free shipping and handling on all purchases totaling $49. My purchases totaled over $100 but I did not receive free shipping at checkout. Called toys r us and was told some of the items were not eligible. Advertisement did not say 'on eligible items'. Very misleading advertisement.
