I ordered product stating free trial for $4.95 just for shipping. I received product 1 week later. They charged me $85.95 12 day's later for what they had me believe was a free trial! 18 day's later they charged my account another $89.90! They sent this one with no invoice. I called the number on 12/6/11 to cancel order and there was a simple unprofessional recording, and of course I left a message with no call back. I called again on 12/7/11 and actually spoke to a person that was fumbling on the phone and sounded unorganized. The person I spoke to claimed to be the manager when in reality this is probably a 1 man show. He told me that I would not get a refund for these 2 charges because I WAS PAST THE GRACE PERIOD! I am so upset . I am a single struggling mother and the $175.85 could have went towards a computer for my boy's. Please help. Thank you Robin Breaux
