First provided wrong address verbally for survey of mailing address location different than identified on emailed invoice. Second promised of a refund within a structured time frame was not identified on the invoice emailed also the proposed amount of hosting cost had conflicting issues in price verbally agreed upon than cost identified on invoice receipt.

We work vigorously to satisfy our clients to the fullest extent. Mistakes do happen and if brought to our attention we look at it as an opportunity to better our service, company and client performance.
