I was buying the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 from Ebay from TCproducts219. It was suppose to be released June 8 , 2011 but there was a delay in the release date did not get the product shipped until June 23,2011. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 was not as advertised so I returned it June 29,2011, with the instructions that were inside the box and notified TCproducts219. I was given a $599.99 gift certificate from Amazon. I notified TCproduct219 via email that I would returned the gift certificated back to Amazon so that they could refund what I had paid and I did that. Ok after not hearing from TCproducts219, I file a claim with ebay to get my money. I was informed by Ebay that I return the Samsung Galaxy Tab to Amazon and not the sender or Ebay's without permission. I informed Ebay that I had contact the sender and only had follow the instruction that came with the package. TCproducts 219 had been reimbursed the money back already. Ebay stated they could help me and rule in the seller favor. I notified Ebay I was out of $689.97. I was advised by Ebay to contact seller which I have via email and telephone without any feedback whatsoever back. I contacted Amazon and was informed that they could not reverse the money back to me. I was told this was fraud because the seller had been credit his money7/18/11 as well as what I paid to him for the product. He has no intention to refund my money.
