This company advertised by email, stating that I could order two samples for their skin cream products at £2.95 & £2.97 each This I did, using my credit card, as the offer seemed an interesting one. On receiving my credit card statement today I saw that they had taken two further sums of money namely £74.95 on 2 Jan & £79.99 on 6 Jan, without any authorisation whatsoever.

call this number 08081683684 or 08081787320 and demand your money back plus demand cancel the contract ( which they say you have agreed to by purchasing the trials)make sure they send you an email confirmation of the cancellation contact your bank/credit card provider and report a disputed transaction to stop any further transation which do follow. hope this helps

- I am very appreciative of the advice, which I have followed. However I wish to pursue them further if possible and would be pleased to support any action that was to be taken against the company.I do not expect to get my money back, but this criminal method of doing business should be attacked by everyone using the internet to do business. My sincerest thanks for the detailed information provided by MB67.
