I am a pensioner & these people have taken £74.95 out of my bank account. I was doing this a gift for someone, as it was a trial offer I thought I could buy it for them if they liked it as a birthday present. I have contacted my bank who have told me that as I used my bank card they can't do anything except cancel my card which makes thing difficult for me as I am disabled & use my card for all my shopping. I am really distressed over this.

I've tried contacting the company by phone but as it is an 0808 number it is very expensive. All they do is put you on hold all the time. I have details on my bank statement.

- call this number 08081683684 or 08081787320 anddemand they cancel the contract ( which they say you have agreed to by purchasing the trials)make sure they send you an email confirmation of the cancellation contact your bank/credit card provider and report a disputed transaction to stop any further transation which do follow. hope this helps
