I called for a free credit report, based on an email that the company sent. The email stated that one could receive 1 free credit report and thereafter, would be charged $29.95 if I did not call back within 24 hours to cancel it. I called immediately after received the first one. The person took the info and said she would cancel it. I then received my Chase Visa bill and there is the charge for $29.95. I am extremely angry about it and the time I must take to have it removed.
