They bill your cc and don't ship! Mine was billed on 11 Jan 12 and Rachel the Customer Service Supervisor stated to me today, 27 Jan 12, that it was shipped on that date but Fedex states that they generated a shipping label but didn't ship anything! I cancelled my order and demanded a full refund.
