Pop up window appeared on screen and i deleted it and next couple of hours i got a call from my bank stateing that someone has withdrawn funds from my bank account.I questioned the bank to cancell the trasatction and it was to late.Some how they hacked into my computer and retrieved my account details.Since then I had to cancel my account and start up a new account this was advised by my bank.So can you help in any way.
