They started sending text messages to our cell phone and we were told it was free but then the last two months they have taken out 9.95 each month. There is a number you can call to get a hold of them but it is always busy.

- I had the exact same thing on my husband's cellphone. They charged us the $9.95. We just called our carrier about 20 minutes ago and they are going to take off the charge and put a "purchase blockage" on our phone so this doesn't happen again. Good luck to you!
