This company promised to pay cash for my cellular phones (3). I mailed the phones to them on Saturday July 23, 2011 at a local postal office in Hapeville, Georgia. I received an email from them Monday July 25, 2011 stating that they had received my phones. Then I received another email stating that there was a discrepancy with the agreement that we made and that either they would recycle the phones for free or I would have to pay them $30 shipping and handling fee to mail the phones back to me. All my phones were in working order and fully charged when I mailed them to them. They didnt state that they needed the chargers with any of the phones, therefore I didn not send them with the phones. I sent them an email to there customer service department letting them know how upset I was and that I would be reporting them because i feel as though they scammed me.
