i bougth the phone in this date .the date 4/12/11 i go to return this phone at the store because the service and the equipment no sastified me. all the buy i paid full in cash the amount total $500.00 in the store only return instant 200.00 because he explain me dont have cash in the register,the another difference will pay the company for via mail in check refund corporate , this check i never send me ,the document i have in my hands says:a refund check for 300.00 was issued on 5/10/11.i call at the store but no body there have answer .i go to the store for 5 times and no answer , I talk with Jose Vargas , Rick MANAGER, Yanesi, no body help me by return my money i think what happen there ?I need Help inmediately ,i need the investigation, i think is robbery, somebody is know what happen, the company do not nothing about this problem
