Ordered two NFL Jerseys, when paying with VISA, confirmation website crashed. No clue if credit card processed successfully, no email notification. (Inquired, they said it didn't process.)
My credit card ends up getting charged, but did get the jerseys later. (not too late, but tardy)
Now the jerseys themselves:
- One was off center. Middle of collar did not line up between numbers in front.
- Other had non-matching fonts. Player was No. 20. The "2" and the "0" had same font shape, but different font thickness/weight.
Emailed them for a refund. They offered: I take the jerseys to a tailor to get fixed. Send them invoice. They credit my credit card? or send cheque? Either way...
I ask where I'm going to get that matching "2" or "0".
They thanked me for my understanding in advance.
