Paid upfront fee for loan modification and then cancelled the following day via email and follow-up phone call to John Silver (Silva) after reading Delores - Scambook complaint and Ripoff Report.com. Silver (Silva) who promised return of monies via check that would need to be signed for had not been received. Phone calls never returned and placed on hold for extremely long periods of time until call disconnected. Person dealt with John Silver (Silva), Dominic Nolan, Paul Schaner, Erin.
