Searched the site 2 weeks before valentines day, couldn't find anything bad about them, ordered 2 different bouqets one for my mom and one for my sister @$69.99 and $49.99, s&h bought my total to $105.19.

About an hour after I placed my order online I called the company 8888512881 and spoke to a lady named brandy, I informed her I wished to cancel my order because I didn't feel comfortable and that was when she informed me that my order had already been set to the company that will handle it in my area, and that if I wanted to proceed with the cancellation I would only be entitled to a partial refund of $56.00. I in short told her to keep the order and that it better not be anything wrong with my order and with her attitude i already knew there would be problems.

Needless to say they only delivered 1 set of flowers and it wasn't even the flowers I ordered, it had 1 white rose, one pink rose, one red rose, and some lillies. Sure wasn't worth $105.19.

Now I have been trying to call them and the line is busy or it says my call cannot be connected. So i called the company who delivered it who in short said they had never heard of flower delivery express. I am now assed out of $100, and someone didn't get their flowers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM GO TO YOUR LOCAL FLORIST!
