It Acutallu began in October 2010 . We were contacting mr J Wilson with the co. They claimed that we qualified for a loan modification which we needed at that time.. We decided to to that thinking as we were told by them them that it had to been done by a law group. The fee to them was $600 immediatley and four payments each two weeks after that . However in the contract that we received clearly stated that if they could not get the modification to go through that we would receive all but 600.00 back to us immediatly. It took over a year for them to work with HSBC.We were being told over and over that the modification was denied Due to lack of information. They still took weeks each time to let us know this. Each month they were calling saying they needed more info and it was always the info that they received previously.wE WERE TOLD BY MR.WILSON TO STOP THE PAYMENTS TO OUR MORTGAGE COMPANY AND THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THAT .. hERE WE ARE A YEAR later The mortgage company denied it again. However the mortgage co. has offered us a repayment plan with them only. JWILSON law group sends us a letter claiming it was a modification on our loan. This is the modification. HSBC has requested $4200 now $2400. for
18 months. Our payments prior to getting caught up with lis law group our payments were $1400 a month. This was not a modification and we did not and will not sign, this very short letter that is no even in contract form. We are now losing our home because we cannot come up with the money that the mortgage companys needs in order for us to keep our home. we were only a partial payment behind on our mortgage before JSmith law group contacted us.
I am asking you to please check this out , I have all documents that we signed and also the so called letter for signatures that they requested trying to have us admit that they had a modification complete..... Please try and help us with asap. we are still trying to get the money together to try and save our home. PLEASE LET PEOPLE KNOW OF THIS COMPANY.. THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE..

  • Anytime we feel we have been wronged all we have to do
    is call our bank that handles the debit/credit card transaction and file
    a fraud report. They will charge back the vendor and refund your money.
    Enough complaints and they will close them down

  • I am the owner of this company. You should check with the state bar to see if I have received disciplinary action which I have not. Do not believe the words of a competing business or one of the 3% of our clients in which the Bank would not cooperate with us or the client. Also, some clients don't do their part, so we cannot do our job. They need someone to blame besides themselves for their own sense of pride and we get that blame. Do not pass up the opportunity to save your home from foreclosure because of these false claims. We have hundreds of happy clients who have benefited from our expertise. You could be one of them. Thank you.

  • Hi Bill. We know this is you. Just because we had to let you go does not give you the right to slander our name. We told you that we have a strict drug free workplace and you were let go right after your personal habits were discovered. It is not our fault that you chose to break the rules. Stop posting lies about us and go to rehab. We will not pay you a dime. Stop trying to extort us.

    FYI, to anyone else who is reading, a legitimate claim would have gone directly to our management and gotten a full refund if this was actually truth instead of an obvious work of fiction. All ROR claims about our company are fiction created from Bill and another ex employee we fired 2 years ago. We do not support dope heads. They try and bully us by posting on this site and another 2 sites, but we will not pay extortionists. Notice the lack of contact information on their part? Real people leave real contact info. Just FYI. Look us up at the state bar and you'll see our flawless record. Thank you.
